SECTION 2. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)

Delta Prep provides SHSAT tutoring to students, many of whom are under the age of 13.

• Parental Consent: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

• Limited Collection: We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary for the student to participate in our educational programs.
